1. What is UCANSWAP.COM about?
It is a swapping community where people can swap any item (s) that is unused or unwanted for item(s) that is wanted.
 
2. How much does it cost to register?
It's absolutely Free to Register! You will also recieve 6 additional swap points for Registering for the first time.
 
3. Is there a limit on the number of items that I can post?
There is no limit to the number of items that you can post. Through our website, you can post as many or as few items as you like.
 
4. How do I send an item?
Once your item has been accepted, an email will instantly forward to you with full contact information of the person that you are swapping with, vice versa. You can send that item by mailing it directly to that person, vice versa or you can contact that person for alternative ways.
 
5. Who pays for shipping when the item is sent?
Usually, the person who sends the item pays for shipping or based on how both parties in the transaction negotiate.
 
6. How can I edit or remove an item?
Log in, go to My Swap, find item listed, and edit or delete the item.
 
7. What is the purpose of Swap Points?
Instead of using money, Ucanswap.com follows a point system in which you can use points to swap items. Receive 6 Free Swap Points for Registration and when you mention promotion code: eswap =2 Free Swap Point.
 
8. How are Swap Points calculated?
Swapped Points are bought. Every time that you swap an item, 2 points will be deducted from your total points (only applicable for premium items).
 
9. Will swap points be credited back if I decide not to swap after I have accepted a swap?
SWAP POINTS WILL NOT BE CREDITED BACK if you decide not to swap after accepting a proposed swap.
 
10. Who should I contact if I do not receive my item?
Although we are not liable for any item that you swap, you can click on the Contact Us link and send us a complaint so that we can take action against the person who did not comply with the Swapping terms.
 
11. How can I check the status on my swap?
There are 2 ways: 1) Check your provided email for offer(s). 2) Go to http://www.ucanswap.com, log in, and go to the My Swap under the user control panel.
 
12. What happens to the item that has been already swapped?
After an item that is swapped has been exchanged, it will be removed from the listings automatically. All other items that have not been swapped will remain in the listing.
 
13. How do I find people to swap with?
There are 3 steps to finding someone to swap with 1) Search on item that you are looking for 2) Browse through items by category 3) Click on propose swap.
 
14. What is the best way to search for an item?
Click on to the Advance Search Engine in the homepage. It's best to use the combination of Keywords or Title & Location (city, zip code, and/or state). This way you will save more money by finding local items, possibibly your next door neighbor.
 
15. Who can benefits from Ucanswap.com?
Everyone in the swapping transaction. At Ucanswap.com, we believed in saving the environment. Therefore, we will donate 5 percent of our revenue towards saving the environment. Everyone is a winner by using Ucanswap.com!
